Terms of service.

Nyxon provides access to residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxy endpoints on a pay-as-you-go basis. Access is metered per gigabyte (or per IP / per day for time-billed products) and drawn down from a prepaid account balance.

We may add, change or retire products, pools and locations at any time. Prices shown in your dashboard at the moment of purchase are the prices you pay.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a working email address. You are responsible for everything that happens under your credentials, including proxy usernames and passwords generated from your plans. Keep them private and rotate them from the plan page if you suspect they leaked.

One account per person or organisation. Reseller and sub-account arrangements are available through the reseller program.

You agree not to use the network for any of the following:

• Anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of the target you are connecting to.
• Fraud, phishing, credential stuffing, account takeover, carding or payment abuse.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated abuse of third-party services against their terms.
• Distributing malware, running attacks, port scanning or any activity that harms networks, devices or people.
• Accessing, collecting or distributing child sexual abuse material, or any content that exploits minors.
• Circumventing law-enforcement, sanctions or export-control restrictions.

We investigate abuse reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund. Where the law requires it we cooperate with authorities.

Top-ups are paid in cryptocurrency and credited once the transaction confirms on-chain. Crypto transfers are irreversible; send only from a wallet you control and check the amount and network before sending.

Account balance does not expire and is not withdrawable to cash. Purchases are deducted from balance at the time of provisioning.

If the network fails to perform on your target we credit unused bandwidth back to your balance on request. Refunds to a wallet are granted at our discretion for unused balance only and may carry a network fee.

Pools are shared infrastructure. We apply reasonable rate limits and may throttle or block traffic that degrades the network for others.

We target 99.9% availability but the service is provided as-is. Bandwidth lost to a verified outage is credited back to your balance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

You may close your account at any time from Settings; support will verify the request and remove your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in your dashboard and the date above is revised. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
